"Gastronomy Essentials Ltd" is organising three (3) "High Gastronomy" thematic
seminars for professionals in Limassol - Cyprus.
These "High Level Seminars" will focus on training professional chefs and cooks on
"New Culinary Techniques" (2nd level molecular cuisine), "Greek Creative Cuisine and Contemporary Plate Decoration" and
"Decoration for Buffet Methods" used by the leading hotels and restaurants in the world.

"Buffet Decoration" Seminar
Tuesday 15 - Wednesday 16 November 2011
A 2-day seminar (7h/day) on how to set up and garnish a cold buffet, taught by world famous Thai chef Boonchuay Panprapa who will be showing professionals how to create
fruit, vegetables, and ice carvings and many different ways to garnish a cold buffet.
It will be a hands-on practical seminar. Partitipation is limited to 18 persons.

A 4-day seminar (6h/day) on "Creative Greek - Meditarranean Cuisine" with well known Greek chefs Mihalis Ntounetas and Giannis Baxevanis who will show Greek creative cuisine

Molecular Cuisine Seminar (2nd level)

A 3-day seminar (6h/day) on Molecular Cuisine (2nd level). Well known Chef Alain Devahive Tolosa will be showing interesting Molecular Cuisine techniques and recipes for: Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner and Cocktails. Formerly a member of the research team of world famous Spanish Chef Ferran Adria and world top El Bulli restaurant (3 Michelin stars) and "Demonstration Chef" for I.C.C (International Cooking Concepts) Company.
